Access to Information is granted only to employees of Stran when the Information is required to perform a specific function.

Stran may retain Information for up to ten (10) years after a transaction or account termination. Under limited circumstances, Stran will release Information to federal, state, or local law enforcement upon receipt of subpoena or valid judicial instruction.

Collection Opt-Out

Third Party Resolution
If you do not receive timely acknowledgement of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, you can also submit your complaint to PrivacyTrust an independent third party. Finally, as a last resort and in limited situations, individuals may invoke binding arbitration or seek redress from the Privacy Shield Panel, a binding arbitration mechanism. Stran remains liable in cases of onward transfer to third parties of Information received from EU individuals.
